Nashville got goals from C Mike Ribeiro and RW James Neal; it was Neal’s first goal of the season. Ribeiro led Nashville forwards in ice time with just 17:15 TOI. That’s a balanced approach. While the Predators balance their forward usage, it’s not that way on defence. Roman Josi (29:41) and Shea Weber (30:04) played big minutes on the Nashville blueline. Josi led the Predators with seven shot attempts (3 SOG). Predators D Anton Volchenkov assisted on both Nashville goals. It was his first multi-assist game since December 26, 2011.
