Olympian Ryan Cochran-Siegle defended his super-G title at the U.S. Alpine championships.
The first racer on the course Carlos Baerga Jersey , Cochran-Siegle finished in a time of 1 minute, 6.61 seconds on Friday. He beat Jack Gower of Britain by 0.34 seconds.
Cochran-Siegle won the national event a year ago when it was held at Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine.
It’s already been quite a week at Sun Valley for Cochran-Siegle Authentic Dorance Armstrong Jr. Jersey , who also won the Alpine combined on Wednesday.
In the women’s super-G race, Nina O’Brien held off teenager AJ Hurt by .11 seconds. O’Brien is coming off a season in which she finished second in the super-G standings on the NorAm circuit. Hurt captured the women’s Alpine combined title two days ago.
Next up is a slalom race on Saturday.
The Tennessee Titans say they are releasing defensive lineman Karl Klug after seven years with the franchise.
General manager Jon Robinson said Friday that he appreciates all of Klug’s hard work with Tennessee.
A fifth-round pick in 2011 out of Iowa Authentic Mark Walton Jersey , Klug started eight of his 109 games played for the Titans. Klug had 178 tackles, 21 sacks Eagles Cheap Jerseys , 67 quarterback pressures and forced five fumbles. He returned a recovered fumble for a touchdown in 2013 against the Jets.
Klug had 26 tackles and 1 sacks in 15 games last season in his return from a torn Achilles tendon at the end of the 2016 season. That earned him the Titans’ Ed Block Courage Award.
