The Tigers recalled right-hander Justin Miller from Triple-A Toledo on Sunday. Sanchez left in the third inning of Saturdays 5-3 loss to the Twins with a blister on his right middle finger. He is 0-2 with a 3.13 ERA in five starts this season. Miller got two outs in Friday nights game against Minnesota and then was sent to Toledo.
